Consider/Approve Bid for Purchase of Replacement Bus Engine

Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for the purchase of replacement bus engine (specifications attached). We received bids from three (3) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Cumberland – $9,591.15

Tri-State International – $10,271.17

Volunteer International – $10,748.99

 

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
